PromptOf (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates https://promptof.com (the “Platform”), providing a marketplace where users may buy and sell AI prompts (“Prompts”). This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) outlines the rules, procedures, and limitations related to refunds and cancellations.
By using the Platform, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please refrain from making purchases or sales on the Platform.
1. Refund Eligibility
1.1 All sales on PromptOf are final, except in the following cases:

The Prompt is defective, corrupted, or does not match the description provided by the seller

The Prompt is unavailable or not delivered to the buyer due to technical or operational errors
1.2 Refunds will not be provided for:

Change of mind or buyer preference

Incorrect usage of the Prompt

Any content downloaded and used by the buyer before requesting a refund
2. Refund Request Procedure
2.1 Buyers seeking a refund must submit a request within 24 hrs of purchase.

3. Review and Approval
3.1 Upon receipt of a refund request, PromptOf will review the case and may contact the seller for verification.
3.2 Approval or rejection of a refund is at the sole discretion of PromptOf after evaluation of the evidence.
3.3 PromptOf may request additional documentation or proof from the buyer or seller to substantiate the claim.
4. Refund Process
4.1 Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
4.2 Refunds may take 7–14 business days to reflect in the buyer’s account, depending on the payment gateway.
4.3 Any transaction fees charged by payment gateways may be non-refundable.
5. Seller Obligations
5.1 Sellers must deliver Prompts promptly and as described in the listing.
5.2 Sellers must cooperate with PromptOf in case of disputes or refund requests.
5.3 Failure to comply with delivery or quality standards may result in account suspension or termination and withholding of payouts.
6. Cancellations
6.1 Buyers may request cancellation of a purchase only before the Prompt is delivered or downloaded.
6.2 Cancellation requests are processed at the discretion of PromptOf and must be submitted via the contact methods listed above.
6.3 Sellers may not cancel a sale after delivery without explicit agreement from the buyer.
7. Dispute Resolution
7.1 PromptOf may act as a mediator in disputes between buyers and sellers.
7.2 Decisions made by PromptOf regarding refunds or cancellations are final and binding.
7.3 Users waive any right to claim additional compensation outside of the Platform.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 PromptOf is not responsible for losses or damages arising from the use, misuse, or non-fulfillment of Prompts.
8.2 Refunds are limited strictly to the purchase amount paid for the Prompt and do not include indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Modifications
PromptOf reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time.
Updated versions will be posted on the Platform with the revised Last Updated date. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
